I really like Lenovo’s new Thinkpad Carbon X1 and I think it has it where it counts: the construction, the inputs and the multitude of screens and hardware configurations, among others. Compared to the previous models, this 2019 X1 Carbon 7th gen improves in the screens, audio and noise-levels, but settles for shorter battery life and some performance limitations in demanding loads. We'll talk about all these aspects in the review below.

The Huawei MateBook 16 could have been one of the best laptops to come out in 2021. It has a beautiful 3:2 display and a lot of ports, but it’s not available everywhere.

The new XPS 13 Plus model offers a beautiful design, the edge-to-edge keyboard is an absolute triumph, and the OLED display is an eye-bathing treat. It’s not the most practical laptop for serious or power users, however, thanks to underwhelming battery life, a poor port selection, and a needlessly gimmicky approach to function keys.

The Dell Precision 5560 is a great workstation. It's available with Intel 11th Gen CPUs and discrete NVIDIA GPUs, which are powerful enough to handle demanding workloads like graphic design, 3D animation and modeling, and video editing. It has a fast SSD for quick file transfers, a comfortable keyboard that you can type on all day, and its memory and storage drive are user-replaceable. However, it gets hot under load, and there's some thermal throttling on the CPU.
