HP Spectre x360

The 15-inch MacBook Pro delivers strong performance, fast storage and long battery life. But it's as expensive as ever, particularly if you want a roomy SSD. And we'd like more ports.

HP’s latest 13.5-inch edition of the convertible Spectre x360 is an impressive, well-rounded 2-in-1 that provides power and versatility—albeit at a somewhat steep price.

I’m not easily impressed, but HP certainly won me over with this one. The highlights of this 13-inch HP Specter x360 are the incredible battery life, perfect screen and excellent user interface with the keyboard and trackpad. Let’s also not forget the build quality. Those features alone easily warrant the price they are asking. Sure, there are a couple sacrifices to be made, but that’s a small price to pay in comparison to what you get in the package.

Our initial impression is that the HP Spectre x360 is a decent looking rival to the Macbook Air and Yoga 3 Pro. Pending our lab tests, the firm looks to have done a great a job of packing good specs in a desirable aluminium chassis at an affordable price point. Stay tune for a full review soon.
