The Roborock S4 Max is excellent for bare floors. It easily clears pet hair and most large and small debris. It moves in an efficient pattern, and its dirt compartment is a decent size. Unfortunately, it incurs quite a few recurring costs and isn't easy to maintain, but on the plus side, it has a great build quality.

The eufy G30 is a decent option for bare floors. It easily sucks up small debris but struggles quite a bit when dealing with pet hair and bulky material. It comes with a set of boundary strips that you can use to prevent it from entering certain areas, and you can use it without an internet connection. It also feels decently well-built. Unfortunately, it has quite a few parts that require regular maintenance or replacement, so recurring costs are high.

Great for use on bare floors. The Roborock S4 has outstanding performance on bare floors as it sucks up almost all debris of any kind. Its smart pathing feature is effective at cleaning a room and it has a good-sized dirt compartment for a robot vacuum. Unfortunately, it's a bit difficult to maintain and there are a few recurring costs associated with the vacuum.

The Ultenic T10 is a robot vacuum that can mop, as well as self-empty the dust and debris from its bin into a bag inside the charging dock. It’s competitively priced given all the features on offer, but it does lack a few crucial functions, such as the ability to avoid carpet while mopping. That said, it vacuums as efficiently as many rival robot vacuums, while the mopping function gives floors a light clean – but you won’t be able to bin your mop and bucket just yet.

The eufy G20 is decent for bare floors. It's highly effective in dealing with bulky and small debris on this surface type, though pet hair tends to get tangled in its brushroll instead of being sucked into its dirt compartment. It also feels decently well-built and has long battery life. That said, it has a very small dustbin that needs frequent emptying. Many parts need periodic cleaning too.

The yeedi K650 is very good on bare floors. It easily clears most pet hair, small debris, and bulky material from bare surfaces. As its dirt compartment fills, it struggles a bit more with large debris like cereal. It feels sturdily-built, has an okay-sized dustbin, and maneuvers itself reasonably well. However, its maintenance needs are demanding, and it incurs high recurring costs.

The iRobot Roomba i7 is alright for bare floors. It has no problem with small debris like rice but it struggles a bit more with large debris, which end up getting caught in the brushroll, keeping it from spinning. Pet hair also gets dragged around or caught in different parts of the vacuum, but it still manages to pick up a quite a bit of it. While this vacuum is very well-built, it has several parts that need regular maintenance and replacement, which can add up.
