Sapphire’s Nitro+ RX Vega 56 8G is a distinctly high-end implementation. As far as we've seen, it's the best-cooled RX Vega 56 out there. Unfortunately, it’s also difficult to find as the company focuses on its Pulse-series cards. Don’t let that scare you away from Radeon RX Vega 56 altogether, though. With competing models available under $300, Vega 56 is more attractive than ever.

Zotac's GeForce GTX 1650 OC offers budget-constrained gamers and compact-PC builders a new low-power alternative, but this video card's performance isn't quite a match for its price in 2019.

XFX’s gorgeous, thoughtful customizations are great, and the Radeon RX 470’s performance devastates its predecessors, but it’s priced too close to the RX 480.

The Intel Arc A380 provides too little too late for most people. It has some impressive video encoding hardware, but the gaming performance ranges from acceptable to abysmal while Intel continues to hammer on the drivers. It's not the worst graphics card we've seen, but there are plenty of better options.

The Radeon RX 6400 represents the lowest performance "modern" GPU we've seen, but cuts too many features and doesn't reduce pricing enough to truly qualify as the budget card it's supposed to be. The only real draw is if you want a half-height GPU or don't want a 6-pin power connector.

Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 4070 Ti is a ferociously capable graphics card for 1440p gaming, but Nvidia cut down the memory system in a way that reduces 4K performance and overpriced the GPU by hundreds of dollars. It offers stagnant value at best and atrocious value at worst depending on how you look at it. We can’t recommend the 4070 Ti unless Nvidia slashes the cost significantly.

The GeForce GTX 1630 has arrived woefully late to the party, at a price that's double what it should be. With half the shader cores and memory channels disabled, it turns a budget GPU into a halfwit, with the lowest performance of any relatively current graphics card.

NVIDIA released the RTX 4060 Ti on May 24 to a generally cold reception. According to various reports, consumer interest in the GPU was quite low and much of it could be due to the bad launch reviews. 3DCenter has now published a launch review roundup of the board alongside the AMD Radeon RX 7600.

The Asus TUF Gaming RTX 4070 Ti OC is the new QHD gaming champion that brings RTX 3090 Ti and RX 7900 XT-class performance at a price that is becoming the new normal for midrange these days. The RTX 4070 Ti offers more card for the buck thanks to DLSS and better ray tracing compared to any AMD offering to date while even saving US$50.

The Asus TUF GeForce RTX 3080 Ti OC is without a doubt a good, fast graphics card. However, the high price will put off customers, making the card an unattractive proposition.
