The MOONDROP Blessing 3 are very good for neutral sound. They have a flat sound profile that follows our Harman-based target curve quite well. They can reproduce bass quite well. That said, a dip in the mid-mid nudges vocals and instruments to the back of the mix, although they still sound natural overall, while a recessed treble dulls sibilants a bit. Since they're in-ear headphones, they also struggle to create a wide and immersive passive soundstage. On the upside, they deliver bass and treble consistently across reseats.

The Beats Studio Buds Plus are very good for commute and travel. These noise cancelling buds can block out a good amount of sound around you, from noisy passengers to the low rumbles of bus and plane engines. With their ANC on, they last 7.5 hours continuously, and their carrying case holds an extra three charges if needed. Thanks to their small and lightweight design, they're also easy to take with you on the go.

The Status Between 3ANC are very good for commute and travel. These buds are well-built and have a decently comfortable fit, although they can feel fatiguing over time due to their design. They last nearly eight hours continuously, and there are charges in the case if you need to top them off. Even though they have ANC, it struggles to block out the low rumble of bass-heavy noises like bus engines. It does a better job of cutting down passenger chit-chat, though.

Sony's true wireless LinkBuds S earphones deliver good sound quality and noise cancellation in a much more effective design than previous pair, but they don't quite outshine the rest of the competition.

The Edifier NeoBuds Pro deliver better active noise cancellation than some similarly priced true wireless earphones, but suffer from overly sculpted audio and poor controls.

The JBL Tour Pro Plus are good for commute and travel. Thanks to their ANC, they can block out a fair amount of noise like the low rumble of bus or plane engines. They also have a comfortable, well-built design, and their small size makes it easy to put them in most pockets or bags. However, their roughly four hours of continuous playback time may not be enough for long trips.
