The Canon 6D Mark II is good for landscape photography. Images are sharp, color-accurate, and mostly free of visual noise even at high ISO levels, good for nighttime shooting conditions. It's also quite sturdily built, with an aluminum and polycarbonate construction that's rated as being weather-sealed. It's comfortable to use and has a bright screen that you can easily read under direct sunlight. However, its bulky size and considerable weight with its kit lens attached can be a bit of a hindrance on long hikes to remote shooting locations.

The Canon M50 is a good option for vlogging. It has a fully-articulated screen that can be oriented to face you directly and the camera itself delivers excellent overall face-tracking performance whether you're shooting in 4k or FHD. Unfortunately, it's best to stay in well-lit environments, as it exhibits significant amounts of visual noise in dark areas. While its video stabilization performance is decent in FHD, quite a bit of camera shake may be present in 4k video. Its battery life also isn't especially impressive, so you may need to keep a second battery charged for longer shooting sessions.

The Canon EOS M5 is the best mirrorless camera that Canon has made to date, but it lacks some features you can get elsewhere at this price point.

The Pentax K-S2 D-SLR packs a lot of features into its weather-sealed body, but its burst shooting capability is very limited and its companion Wi-Fi app needs some work.

The Canon SL3 is decent for landscape photography. It keeps noise and graininess in images to a fairly low level, even when using moderately high ISO settings. Its fully-articulated screen is bright enough to be seen in direct sunlight. While it's relatively compact for a traditional DSLR, those accustomed to using point-and-shoots or phones to take pictures may find it a little bulky and tricky to carry around on a hike.

The Canon EOS M50 Mark II is decent for travel photography. It's very portable for travel with its included kit lens and can fit into most small camera bags. It delivers great image quality and has a good autofocus system, which does a decent job of tracking moving subjects. Unfortunately, its battery life is disappointing, though this can vary drastically with real-world usage habits.

The Canon T8i is a good option for landscape photography. Even when shooting at high ISO levels to compensate for poor lighting conditions, images should still be quite low in graininess. Its touchscreen interface is bright enough to be seen clearly even under direct sunlight and is quite sharp. Unfortunately, while the camera itself is comfortable to operate, it isn't especially easy to carry around for long periods, and the body isn't weather-sealed.

The Canon Rebel T7 is adequate for landscape photography. Image quality pales in comparison to full-frame or higher-end APS-C cameras, but it's still very solid for its class. Though its dynamic range is unremarkable, you can still get great landscape shots out of it, especially with good lighting conditions. The camera itself is also fairly comfortable to use, with simple controls that are tailored towards beginner photographers, though more advanced shooters may find the lack of command dials limiting. It also feels quite cheaply made and isn't weather-sealed.
