The downside is that it’s got a little more expensive and lost a bit of its battery stamina and appeal in the way. If you want an attractive square smartwatch that doubles as a decent fitness tracker, it’s one to look at. If you want a more rounded smartwatch and sports tracking, look in the direction of Garmin and Apple.

Comprehensive tracking features and a slim design make the Amazfit GTS 2 an attractive value proposition, but if you can afford to spend a little more you’ll find smoother software from Apple and Fitbit’s affordable offerings.
