+ Equipment customization finally gives you a reason to collect junk.
+ Dozens if not hundreds of hours of gameplay across the various side quests.
CONS
- Settlement mechanic is clunky and slapped-on.
- Power armor is suddenly dependent on a limited resource.
- Easy to get sidetracked.
- Feels like more of the same from Bethesda.
