Yeedi is a brand that’s new to the floor cleaning scene, and while the Yeedi Mop Station Pro features a decent robot vacuum, it was the mopping system that impressed us the most. With two rotating mop heads that get cleaned every 10 minutes, it provides a more thorough floor wash than most robots. It’s reasonably priced given the features, but the docking station is big and the app can’t map multiple floors of your home.

The Roborock S6 is great for cleaning bare floors. It clears everything from pet hair to bulky debris like cereal with ease. It comes with a mop attachment to clean sticky messes, although we don't currently test it. However, this vacuum does have many parts that require regular cleaning or even replacement. Thankfully, its companion app lets you know which accessories need to be replaced and when.

The Roborock S5 is great for bare floors. It does an outstanding job of cleaning pet hair and small debris efficiently. While it also cleans large debris, it can have a harder time fully capturing it as the dirt compartment fills. That being said, although we don't test for it, it has a mop feature that can take care of the occasional wet spill. However, this vacuum requires a lot of maintenance but luckily, the app can let you know which accessories need maintenance and when.

iRobot's Roomba s9+ is expensive, but its intelligent navigation, super-powerful suction, and ability to empty itself out make it the best robot vacuum we've tested.

The eufy X8 is great for bare floors. It easily cleans pet hair as well as small and bulky debris on this kind of surface. Its battery life is quite long, enabling it to clean fairly large areas without running out of charge. Using its companion app also grants you access to a wide array of automation capabilities. However, it isn't the best at maneuvering itself, as it frequently bumps into obstacles, including its charging dock.

The Neato Botvac Connected is a bit expensive, but if you're looking for a robotic vacuum you can control with your smartphone, it's the one to buy.

The Roomba 694 is iRobot's least expensive robot vacuum and an excellent budget-friendly floor cleaner that supports app and voice control, and lets you schedule cleaning runs.

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is one of the latest vacuum cleaners to hit the market, with its commanding stature bringing automated cleaning to homes. It can automatically detect various floor types to determine whether it should vacuum or mop, and mapping following its maiden voyage is impressively accurate. While I welcome the DreameBot's ability to return to base to empty and clean itself after each vacuuming session, you'll certainly know it's doing so because it's so loud. It isn't cheap, which I fear will put it out of the reach of many, but it's the price you pay for complete automation.
