The Logitech G PRO X WIRELESS LIGHTSPEED are very good for wireless gaming. Using proprietary wireless, they can connect with your PC or your PS4 without a lot of latency. They're well-padded and have a comfortable over-ear fit, and a detachable boom mic to help you stay connected to your teammates. Their default sound profile is neutral, and there's a little extra punch in the bass range that adds extra boom to action-packed scenes without overwhelming the mix. Unfortunately, these headphones aren't compatible with Xbox One.

The JBL Quantum ONE are good for wired gaming. They’re decently comfortable and quite customizable thanks to support from the dedicated JBL Quantum Engine app. The QuantumSphere 360 head-tracking feature is a compelling addition if you’re looking for a little more immersion. They should also be compatible with most setups thanks to the inclusion of both 1/8" TRRS and USB-A to USB-C cables. Lastly, their microphone makes your voice sound full-bodied.

The Jabra Elite 85h are decent for commuting. Their isolation is pretty good, but they don’t particularly do well against lower-end noise like the deep rumble of bus and planes engines. On the upside, they're comfortable to wear for long rides and flights, and their battery life is amazing and will last you the longest trips. They also don’t leak too much, so you might be able to block more ambient noise by raising your listening volume without bothering people surrounding you.

The LucidSound LS31 are good for gaming. This headset has a great microphone for online gaming with friends. You can also use the cups’ dials to control the game and chat audio volumes. The USB dongle reduces the latency to a minimum, and you’ll be able to wear the headset comfortably during long gaming sessions. This gaming headset is also very versatile since you can get audio wirelessly on consoles and PCs.

Decent for mixed usage. Their great audio reproduction makes them good critical listening headphones and the nice ANC features lets you focus on your audio content. They isolate a decent amount of noise which might not be ideal for commuting but still good for the office. They are fairly tight and stable over-ears for sports, but their bulky design might not be the best for physical activities. Their wireless design offers too much latency for watching TV and gaming, but they can be used wired to get rid of the latency issues.

Good for gaming. The HyperX Cloud Revolver have a well-balanced sound, a great noise filtering mic and a low latency, wired connection. They're comfortable to wear for long gaming sessions, but like the Cloud II headphones, they have no software support for added customization options. This makes them a bit less personalizable than other popular gaming headsets. Their design is also not the most breathable so your ears may get a little warm after gaming for a while.

The Cougar Immersa Gaming Headset is decent for gaming thanks to a good mic and a wired design with negligible latency. These headphones also have a bass-heavy sound that's suitable for gaming. They're not wireless, so they're not as convenient as some of the other gaming headsets we've reviewed. They also have no software support which makes them feel lacking in customization options.

Average for neutral listening. They have a lot more bass than the previous models which may make some movies a bit more exciting but it's not ideal for neutral listeners. They have a great mid-range and thanks to the "personal hearing" profiles you can somewhat alter the bass to better suit your listening preferences. But overall, due to their bass-oriented sound and subpar Soundstage they're not as good as the RS 165 or the RS 185 for neutral listening.
