The Focal Clear Mg are very good for neutral sound. They have a smooth and warm sound profile with a flat mid-range, well suited for accurately reproducing vocals and lead instruments. However, they lack a bit of low-bass, and their underemphasized treble range veils and darkens sibilants. While they have consistent bass delivery, their treble delivery can vary depending on fit and seal. That said, although their soundstage doesn't sound as wide or spacious as other open-back headphones, it still feels like audio is coming from speakers placed around you, rather than as if coming from inside your head.

The Asus ROG Delta S comes to play with an excellent design, RGB lighting, superior sound from its Quad DAC and even an MQA renderer. If you want premium cans for both gaming and music, this might be the one.

With the Penrose, Audeze manages to deliver the excellent sound quality that planar magnetic drivers afford, while maintaining a reasonable price for a wireless gaming headset.

The Philips Fidelio X3 are very good for neutral sound. They have a very balanced, neutral sound profile, especially in the mid-range, so vocals and lead instruments are accurately reproduced. Their open-back design creates an open and speaker-like soundstage. However, their treble response is a bit uneven, and they're lacking a bit of low-bass.

The JBL Tune 750BTNC headphones sound great, look great, and they fit well. Solidly dependable and easy to use, you might miss waterproofing and a few minor features – but at this price, it feels foolish to complain too readily.

The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners is a noteworthy step forward for VR gaming, proving that a Deus Ex-like Action-RPG can feel right at home in a headset. Every one of its many interwoven systems clearly has a level of thought and care behind it, swirling survival horror and roleplaying staples together with nuance. Even though character customization can feel limited and the story is a bit short, The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners is a fantastic example of what VR can be.

Far from cheap, the Focal Clear sells you on beautiful sound and build quality for a higher-than-normal premium.

The G935 brings more bass presence and a more restrained design to Logitech’s flagship headset, but it’s not enough to dethrone our love for the PC-centric G533.
