There’s little to fault on the hardware front, where you’ll find a lightweight design bolstered by strong specs, a gorgeous display, and great speakers. The software side is typical for an Android tablet, which is to say it’s fine, but can’t match an iPad, but this isn’t enough reason to resist the Pad 5.

The Xiaomi Pad 5 is a fantastic all-rounder Android tablet with a good-looking screen, lots of processing power and well-optimized software. In fact, it’s the best rival to the entry-level iPad we’ve seen so far, especially at a similar price. Our few problems with the tablet are issues that most slates face, like the lack of a 3.5mm headphone jack or the fact that arguably necessary peripherals will cause you to spend more money, but that just shows how well-rounded this slate is.

Sí. Por mucho menos dinero que el que cuestan otros modelos de otras marcas, la Xiaomi Pad 5 ofrece unas especificaciones de gama alta: un rendimiento excelente, una pantalla nítida con muchos detalles, una duración de batería más que aceptable y un diseño increíblemente mejorado. Son algunos de los componentes de hacen de la Pad 5 un dispositivo en el que merece la pena invertir.

Le Xiaomi Pad 5 est une tablette Android exceptionnelle – mais c’est toujours une tablette Android.
Il n’y a pas grand-chose à redire sur le hardware et le design, ce dernier est léger et soutenu par des caractéristiques solides, un écran magnifique et de bons haut-parleurs. Le côté logiciel est typique d’une tablette Android, c’est-à-dire qu’il est bien, mais ne peut pas rivaliser avec un iPad, mais ce n’est pas une raison suffisante pour résister au Pad 5 de Xiaomi.
