Digital reading and writing doesn’t have to be in black and white, and the Onyx Boox Tab Ultra C proves a little color on your ereader goes a long way. Comics and graphics novels get the respect they deserve on an ereader, but this 10.3-inch E Ink tablet doesn’t have a lot else going for it. Its rear camera for scanning documents is fine but feels superfluous and, despite a decent processor, simple tasks like page turns are slow. Ghosting and battery drain are also significant. Like its monochrome Tab Ultra sibling, this color E Ink tablet disappoints.
