Razer Basilisk V3 Pro
The Razer Basilisk V3 Pro is an excellent mouse for FPS gaming. It has exceptionally low click latency for a very responsive-feeling in-game experience. The right-handed ergonomic shape is comfortable to use, though it's best suited for larger hands. Overall, it feels very well-built and has high-quality feet that provide an excellent gliding experience on desks and mousepads. However, it's heavy compared to dedicated FPS gaming mice, meaning you may prefer a lighter option.

The Basilisk V3 Pro is a great all-purpose wireless gaming mouse, but there are plenty of great all-purpose wireless gaming mice on the market.

The Razer Basilisk V3 Pro is a seriously powerful wireless gaming mouse. It’s one that comes with the same ergonomic and especially comfortable design as the rest of the Basilisk line, but packs in a 30,000 DPI sensor to offer one of the most responsive gaming experiences I’ve ever tested. This is quite the expensive candidate though, which means it’s only worth picking up if you’re the most serious of gamers.

Razer has been knocking it out of the park with its peripherals, and the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro is no exception. This solid performer is not only fast and responsive, but also heavy on features, from RGB lighting and 10+1 programmable buttons to next-gen wireless charging capability. It’s also heavy in terms of weight and price, but if you want an absolute ace, this one’s a win.

The Razer Basilisk V3 Pro is a super kitted-out mouse that’s actually a lot of fun to use. While the weight will deter certain hardcore FPS players, it never bothered me. In fact, the sensitivity clutch actually helped me play games better. While Razer’s Synapse software is starting to show its age when it comes to color customization on the Basilisk’s many flashy lights, just about everything else here feels world-class. From the comfortable, RGB-packed design to the convenient Qi charger, the Basilisk feels like a premium device. But, whether any mouse is premium enough for a $150-200 price-tag is a question you’ll have to answer for yourself. But to me, it warrants the cost.
