The Lenovo Legion 5 Pro is hands down one of the best gaming laptops we've ever tested, showing that the Legion line can absolutely go toe-to-toe with its better known peers. Where it falls short of the very best, it still outperforms the rest in its class, and taken overall, its reasonable price makes it hard to find a better value.

It's not flashy, but Lenovo's Legion 5 Pro teams an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processor with GeForce RTX 3070 graphics to deliver spectacular performance for the price.

The Legion 5 Pro is an excellent laptop in so many ways. The main draw is the 16-inch 16:10 screen, which is bright and beautiful, even if just standard gamut. The appeal doesn't end there either. The build quality is excellent, the battery life is above average and the performance is about as good as it gets at this weight class, plus the price is right too. My only nits to pick are with my palms accidentally brushing the trackpad and the slightly mushy keyboard, which are minor. We'll get in-depth in the detailed review down below.

Lenovo’s Legion 5 Pro is a homebody, but strong performance and competitive pricing make it an excellent choice for gamers.

Lenovo’s new Legion 5 Pro is one of the first gaming laptops with a 16-inch 16:10 aspect ratio display. It boasts impressive gaming performance, but what makes it really stand out is its $1,529.99 price.

The Lenovo Legion 5 Pro is the sweet-spot gaming and performance laptop of the 2021 generation, and that's no easy feat. It checks almost all the important boxes and sells for a very competitive price in this Ryzen 7 + RTX 3060 configuration. While still not without some quirks, few other products can match it in overall value; just make sure you're OK with its size and weight.

The Lenovo Legion 5 Pro isn’t going to win any design awards, but what it lacks in the looks department it makes up for in performance. The build I tested did great, save for a pitiful amount of storage. My advice? Shop around for a build with 1TB of storage, or plan on adding some of your own down the road.

The Lenovo Legion 5 Pro provides solid build quality and an understated design for a fair price. With an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H CPU and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 GPU, it can play any game out there.

El Legion 5 Pro de Lenovo es un equipo doméstico, pero su gran rendimiento y precio competitivo lo convierten en una excelente opción para los jugadores.
