This HP Pavilion Aero 13 does almost everything right and is one of the best-balanced mid-tier ultrabooks that you can buy right now. What you're getting here is a sub 1-kilo 13-inch laptop that's built well, offers good inputs, uncompromised IO, and a nice matte screen, as well as a balanced hardware implementation for daily use and occasional light-work and gaming. On the other hand, this laptop still shows its budget nature here and there, but the arguably short battery life is for me the only real potential deal-breaker here.
