Big and bold, Acer's Predator Helios 700 pairs excellent gaming-laptop performance with a unique sliding keyboard that transforms the user experience. This monster has everything going for it apart from portability and battery life.

It’s expensive and a bit bonkers but that’s what Acer does with some of its gaming laptops. Whether you actually want or need a moving keyboard is a good question but it does seem to make sense with the large screen and cooling.
There are some high-end specs here so this looks like a power-house desktop replacement and we’re intrigued by the the MagForce keys. We’d perhaps like the option for a 4K screen, though.

The Helios 700 is a niche laptop, no doubt. But it's also kind of fun to watch people's faces as you slide out the keyboard and the whole rig lights up. The build I received, at least, is priced right and can outperform most laptops in the price range but that impressive performance is balanced by its overall size. If you don't mind having a laptop that you'll need to treat more like a desktop, the Helios 700 fits the bill.

Es caro y poco convencional, pero eso es lo que esperamos de cualquier portátil gaming de Acer. Nos convence su gran pantalla y su capacidad de enfriamiento.
Con el Predator Helios 700 nos encontramos ante varias especificaciones de gama alta, podríamos incluso reemplazar con él un ordenador de sobremesa, y nos intrigan bastante las teclas MagForce.
Como desventaja podemos afirmar que esperábamos ver una pantalla de 4K que no hemos encontrado.
