The Vitamix ONE is fantastic for single-serve smoothies. It quickly blends a nearly perfectly smooth drink, even if your recipe includes tough ingredients like kale. While it's not ideal for ice-crushing, it can break up ice cubes. However, it's not as well-built as most Vitamix blenders we've tested. It's also loud compared to other blenders, which might be an issue if you like an early-morning smoothie.
